A healthy diet is very important to breast health.

Three Exercises To Help Firm & Lift Breasts

Exercise #1-Pec Press:
Lie on the floor with  2  hand weights ( three- to five-pounds) Bend your knees and out stretch your arms to the side, slowly bring your arms together, hold for one second and then slowly lower your arms again. Work your way up to three sets of 10 – 12 reps every other day.

Exercise #2 Inverted Push Ups:
Standing with your legs two to three feet from a kitchen counter top place your palms on the edge. Slowly lower your chest to the wall by bending your elbows and then slowly push your body back to starting position. Repeat 10-12 times. Work Up to 20-25

Exercise #3Pectoral Push Ups-

You will need to lie face down on the floor and put yourself in a conventional push-up position but instead you will stay in a plank position keeping your forearms and elbows on the floor. Hold for thirty seconds. Repeat five times. This not only works your pec muscle, but also is one of the best abdominal exercises you can do.
