Sole Elliptical Beats Any Treadmill
Compared to treadmills, elliptical equipment were not so familiar to me. I knew all about treadmills. I tried working out on a treadmill, but it wasn’t a great experience for me. I didn’t enjoy the moving tread that my feet were slapping against, besides these machines being too loud and cumbersome. It jarred my knees and, to be honest, I also had a bit of trouble keeping my balance while running.
As you know, there are people who don’t like to work out, and I’m among them. I enjoy the feeling I get after I work out but getting motivated to work out is difficult. I like to be distracted while I’m working out. After I had 20 pounds more then usual, I felt a need to get back into shape. The aerobic videos I’ve tried were just too much for me. I wanted to exercise in the gym, but I didn’t have the time to go there regularly. Then my husband suggested that we buy one of the elliptical trainers. And then we started to look for an elliptical trainer that would be best for our budget.
One of the Sole elliptical machines was our choice. This machine has a lot of advantages, but the silent workout it provides is absolutely the best. Since I placed my exercising machine in my living room I can watch my TV show and exercise at the same time. There is no need to turn on the volume on the TV too loud, because the elliptical is very quiet. Unlike a treadmill, the elliptical machine is whisper quiet.
Other great benefit of this elliptical trainer is that the footpads move together with your feet. This means that the footpad will raise together with my foot. A moving tread is not something your feet will hit all th time. It is a fluid motion and since the arm bars move along with you while you are in the running/jogging motion, you are able to keep your balance and feel like you are getting a total body workout with this piece of fitness equipment.
After using a Sole elliptical I will never go back to using a treadmill again.
