Chest Increasing Supplements – Can These Herbs Actually Increase Bust Size … And Are They Harmful?
Bust enhancement supplements and herbs? For lots of women, for a variety of reasons, this seems like some sort of magical fairytale wish. "take this, and gain endowment!", however, women around the world look for a "magic bullet" they can use to grow a bigger chest. The usual solution to this "issue" is breast augmentation surgery. This approach is no doubt successful, however, there are potential risks with any surgery, and it is also expensive. Many women are uncomfortable spending big money on cosmetic surgery, or they just don’t want the potential dangers of surgery It also is a big life commitment, and lets be honest, change is hard. Plenty of women desire something less dramatic and more accessable to enlarge their breasts.
So what (if any) natural solutions to breast enlargement are there?
There are two basic natural paths to achieve this. One is herbal, and the other is natural breast enlargement exercises. We will explore the various herbal breast enhancement approaches here.
Fennel: This is a popular spice in cooking, and is a good, lab studied herb for gas and indigestion. In fact, fennel is often prescribed by doctors for infants who suffer from colic (painful gas). But does it do anything for a bust line? Well, were some studies conducted regarding fennel and femal hormones, but any promising outlook is still inconclusive. The best support for fennel was a study done in rats, in which rats that ate fennel for 10 days had an increase in breast tissue weight.
Fenugreek: Fenugreek is also an herb that is supposed to have breast enlarging attributes. Unsubstantiated rumor says that middle eastern women in harems ate fenugreek to increase their breast size. However, no study has even conclusively shown fenugreek to alter hormone levels, so it is unlikely that it can increase breast size.
Dong Quai: Known as female ginseng, it is the most common female applicable herb used in chinese medicine. Dong Quai has a long history of use for menstrual pain, infertility, and fatigue. But what we want to know is, can it increase breast size? Although it does affect hormone levels slightly, it is unknown whether it blocks estrogen or stimulates production of it. Furthermore, it has shown to increase the growth of breast cancer cells in test tube studies.
So, of these 3 herbs that are commonly used in breast enlargeing supplements, Fennel has the most potential, with fenugreek and dong quai showing no evidence that they can increase the body chemicals that in turn increase the bust size. Furthermore, Dong Quai could be potentially dangerous, so it is probably best to avoid it all together.
Also, before you start taking any of these natural breast enhancers, be sure to consult a doctor or medical professional. Some herbs interfere with prescription meds, and sometimes complications or allergies arise. This is just a report, and NOT a diagnosis or actual medical advice.
Most of all, if you do decide to use an herbal remedy to increase breast size, be realistic in your desired results. Some women find no difference, and some might gain half a cup size. Very few women gain anywhere close to a full cup size. Until science and medicine catch up with our desires, a boob job is the only thing that can make a dramatic difference.
